We've been around long enough to know what folks wanna know. Here are the most common questions we get.

Nah, you can totally drop by during our open hours - we love walk-ins! But if you want a proper tour and maybe chat with one of our trainers, giving us a heads up helps us make sure someone's available to show you around properly. Plus, if you're interested in trying a class, some of 'em fill up fast so booking ahead is smart.

Keep it simple - comfortable workout clothes, good shoes (trail runners or cross-trainers work great), a water bottle, and maybe a towel. We've got lockers and showers if you need 'em. If you're doing the obstacle course, you might wanna bring gloves for grip work, but we have extras too. Don't stress about fancy gear - just show up ready to move.

Absolutely! Look, we're called Frontier Fitness 'cause everyone's got their own frontier to conquer - doesn't matter where you're starting from. We scale everything to meet you at your level. Our trainers have worked with complete beginners all the way to competitive athletes. The "adventure" part is about challenging yourself, not comparing yourself to anyone else. Everyone here started somewhere.

For sure! We offer a trial pass where you can check out a couple classes and use the facility to see if it's your vibe. No pressure, no hard sell - we want you to be stoked about training here. Just reach out and we'll set you up with a trial that fits your schedule.

Honestly? We're not about rows of treadmills and mirror selfies. We focus on functional movement - stuff that actually makes you stronger for real life. The obstacle courses, adventure training elements, and outdoor-inspired workouts keep things interesting. Plus, our community's pretty tight - people actually know each other's names here. It's less "gym" and more like a training ground where everyone's pushing to be better.

We've got nutrition coaching as part of our services! Our coaches take a practical approach - no extreme diets or BS detoxes. It's about building habits that actually stick. Some of our packages include nutrition guidance, or you can add it on separately. We can chat about what'd work best for your goals when you reach out.

We're open weekdays from 6am to 9pm, and weekends 8am to 6pm. Like any gym, we get busiest right after work around 5-7pm. If you want more space and equipment availability, mornings before 9am or mid-afternoon between 1-4pm are your best bets. Saturday mornings have a great energy if you're into the weekend warrior vibe.
